Cancellation Policy

Oriental Watchman Publishing House understands that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting us at:

Cancellation requests should include:

  • Order number.
  • Customer name.
  • Registered email address or phone number.
  • Reason for cancellation, if applicable.

2. Cancellation Before Processing

Where an order has not yet been processed or packed, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order upon receiving the request.

If payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been packed and handed over to the courier for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, the customer may need to receive the product and initiate a return request, where the product qualifies under our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Cancellation by OWPH

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

  • Product becoming unavailable.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Payment failure.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
  • Shipping restrictions.
  • Technical errors.
  • Any other circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Refund After Cancellation

Where a cancellation is approved and payment has already been collected, the refund will generally be initiated through the original payment method or another appropriate method available to us.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway or financial institution.

6. Partial Cancellation

Where an order contains multiple products, customers may request cancellation of individual items before the order is processed or dispatched, subject to availability and operational feasibility.
